Kate Marshall, MSW, LCSWA, currently serves as a Life Enrichment and Social Worker at Southminster since January 2023. Previously, Kate gained valuable experience as a Clinical Social Work Intern at McGuire Veterans Hospital, where responsibilities included providing mental health services to veterans, formulating diagnoses, leading psychoeducational workshops, and conducting psychotherapy. Past roles also include serving as a Social Work Intern at Better Housing Coalition, where Kate assisted clients with federal aid applications and provided case management, and a Life Enrichment Coordinator at Waltonwood Providence, focusing on program planning for residents. Educationally, Kate holds a Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Meredith College.
