Marlon Mate

Marlon Mate is a Senior Software Engineer at Southpoint Consulting Inc. since May 2020, previously serving as a Web Application Developer at Glacier Media Inc. from May 2013 to April 2020, where involvement included developing front and back end components for a Java-based content management system. Prior experience includes a tenure at IBM from March 1999 to April 2013 as a Java Web Application Developer, hybrid mobile developer, and web consultant, contributing to various client-facing projects utilizing a range of technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and J2EE. Marlon holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from The University of British Columbia.
