Patricia Eubanks has over two decades of experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as Vice President at Southpoint Financial Services, Inc. since August 2007, where leadership is provided to a talented sales team across multiple net branches in the Southeast. Prior to this role, Patricia held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Southpoint, overseeing a skilled team of loan officers in a company that underwrites, closes, and funds its own loans. Earlier in Patricia's career, experience was gained as an Account Executive at Ownit Mortgage Solutions, a non-prime lender, and as a Loan Officer at Mortgage Now, where initial skills in client outreach and mortgage products were developed.
