Adrianne Cole

Adrianne Cole has extensive work experience in project management and training. Adrianne most recently held the position of SVP Director - Project Management at Southside Bank, starting in 2024. Before that, they were the Project Management Director and Training Department Manager from 2018 to 2021. Adrianne has also worked as an IT Project Manager, IT Business/Systems Analyst, and IT Administrator/Mobile Management at Southside Bank. Prior to their time at the bank, Adrianne served as the Director of Philanthropy at Camp Tyler Foundation and as the Print Production Supervisor at Targetbase. Their responsibilities have included managing projects, overseeing the Project Management Office, training employees, analyzing business cases, and building relationships with supporters. Adrianne has worked on various projects for clients such as Acura/Honda, Gatorade, and Southwest Airlines.

Adrianne Cole holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas, which they obtained from 2002 to 2005. Adrianne has also obtained certifications in "Creating Psychological Safety for Diverse Teams" and "Leading and Motivating People with Different Personalities" from LinkedIn in 2022.
