Wes Kolari

Wes Kolari has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a VP Capital Markets & Loan Hedging at SouthState Correspondent Division. In this position, they help community banks reduce interest rate risk and improve credit quality, utilizing the proprietary Assumable Rate Conversion (ARC) Program. Wes also worked at Capital One as an AVP Client Development Manager, focusing on client retention, experience, and risk management. Prior to that, they were a part of Commerce Bank's Commercial Credit Training Program and later became an AP Solutions Account Manager III, responsible for relationship development and portfolio growth. Wes also has experience at Bank of America, where they served as a Treasury Sales Analyst, providing global cash management solutions and generating substantial revenue. Wes also took on the role of Data Analytics Team Leader, creating tools that identified sales opportunities and increased work efficiencies. In addition, Wes has food service experience as a Deli Operator & Event Caterer at Global Event Group Catering + Events. Before entering the corporate world, they were a part of the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets, where they underwent intensive military-inspired cadet training and provided leadership to a group of 50 students. Prior to that, they interned at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, where they supplied server recovery solutions for clients.

Wes Kolari obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Business Honors from Texas A&M University in the period from 2007 to 2011. Wes also holds a certification in COMPTIA A+ from CompTIA, which was obtained in 2007.
