Tammy Conklin

Tammy Conklin has over 25 years of experience in management and process improvement, currently serving as VP, Policy and Procedures Manager at South State Bank since 2010. In this role, Tammy developed a comprehensive Policy and Procedure Management Program and trained business units on technical writing best practices. Previous roles at South State Bank include VP of Credit Card and Merchant Services Product and Operations Manager, where Tammy enhanced operational efficiency and profitability, and AVP, Senior Business Process Management Manager, leading significant cost-saving initiatives. Prior to South State Bank, Tammy worked as a Global Telecommunications Project Engineer at Vertek Corporation and held positions at IBM and the U.S. Army. Tammy holds a diploma from Champlain College and completed high school at Colchester High School.
