Bela Handa

Bela Handa is an experienced educational professional with over 30 years in teaching and leadership roles. Currently serving as a SEN Inclusion & Monitoring Advisory Teacher at Southwark Council since September 2015, Bela specializes in providing tailored educational advice, support, and training with a focus on special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Prior experience includes roles as an Education Consultant and Foster Carer at Contour Place Consultancy, and as Head of School, Deputy Headteacher, and Senior Teacher at Turney School. Bela holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Special Education from the University of Birmingham, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from London South Bank University, and a Bachelor's degree in IT and Information Systems from City St George’s, University of London.
