Tom Baric

Tom Baric has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to 2022. Their most recent role is as a System Engineer at Southwest Airlines Federal Credit Union, where they started in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Revolution Retail Systems, LLC from 2016 to 2022, serving as a System Administrator and a Help Desk Specialist. In 2016, they were a Help Desk Analyst at HCL America. Tom also has experience as a Lead Technician, supervising all technicians in the functionality of Unix-based hardware and software, from 2004 to 2010.

Tom Baric attended Collin College from 2015 to 2017, where they studied Computer Information Systems. Tom obtained several certifications, including Network+ and A+ ce from CompTIA in 2016, CCENT and CCNA from Cisco in 2017, and Security+ from CompTIA in 2017. In 2022, they obtained the Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate certification from Microsoft.
