Jeff Jones

Jeff Jones is currently the VP of Technology for Commercial & Customer at Southwest Airlines. Prior to their current role, Jeff was with Sprint for over 8 years, where they started as a Business Analyst before becoming a Project Manager. Jeff has been with Southwest Airlines since 2004 and has held various roles within the company.

Jeff Jones has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems and Services from Texas A&M University.
