Lu Truong is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in digital and customer solutions. Currently serving as Vice President of Technology Digital & Customer at Southwest Airlines, Lu has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Director of Technology and Senior Manager of Technology. Prior to this, Lu was a Partner and Executive Vice President - North America Client Lead at Credera, and also held the position of Senior Client Partner at Globant. Lu began a career in consulting at Arthur Andersen LLP, bringing a strong foundation in technological leadership and customer engagement to various organizations.
