Paige McKinley has over a decade of experience at Southwest Airlines, beginning in 2008 as an intern and ascending to the position of CoBrand Program Manager since July 2010. In this role, Paige is responsible for developing strategies and managing campaigns to enhance Cardmember engagement and stimulate sales. Additionally, Paige oversees the Loyalty Partnership portfolio and the Southwest gift card product, collaborating cross-functionally to improve customer value and product offerings. Previous positions include managing customer experience initiatives at airport locations and within inflight services, as well as handling group travel and online products. Paige earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The University of Alabama in 2010.
