Rob Berberek

Rob Berberek currently serves in Data Management & Reporting at Southwest Airlines since August 2024. Previously, Rob held various roles at USAA for 25 years, culminating in the position of Executive Director, Data & Analytics. In this capacity, Rob was responsible for data governance and leveraging insights to drive operational and strategic priorities. Other notable positions at USAA included Lead Business Planning and Strategy, where Rob managed the implementation of Workday Cloud HCM and developed integrated strategies for business objectives. Rob's experience also encompasses roles as Lead Data Scientist, Lead Business Data Architecture, and Director of Workforce Forecasting & Planning. Rob holds an MBA in Business Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a BS in Mathematics/Physics from Angelo State University.
