Stephen Beckert

Stephen Beckert has over a decade of experience at Southwest Airlines, advancing through various roles within the Technology Department since December 2010. Currently serving as Senior Technology Manager for Lean Portfolio Management, Stephen has held positions including Senior Manager, Agile Delivery Leader, and Product Manager. Key achievements include facilitating Agile methodologies as a Scrum Master, delivering technological solutions for Crew Operations and Solutions, and actively contributing to the LUV Toastmasters Club as a founding member and VP of Membership. Earlier career experiences include roles in business analysis and project management at companies such as Lockheed Martin and Environmental Techniques Corporation. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Math from Southern Methodist University.
