Tom Raffalski

Tom Raffalski has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Director of Training Programs & Learning Development at Southwest Airlines since June 2014, following multiple leadership roles within the organization. Prior positions include Senior Manager of Inflight Safety & Regulatory Compliance and Senior Business Consultant for International Planning. Prior to this, Tom Raffalski was a Managing Partner at The Perspective Group, where responsibilities involved evaluating and enhancing training operations for clients. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Vice President of Aviation Services at Xcelerate Media, and various managerial roles at Southwest Airlines and JTECH Systems, where significant contributions to human resources and safety management were made. Educational backgrounds include studies at Florida International University and the University of Colorado Boulder.
