Chris Cole

Chris Cole has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Chris most recently served as the President/COO at SouthWest Bank starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of COO at the same company since February 2013. Before joining SouthWest Bank, Chris worked at Security Bank as the CFO from September 2003 to February 2013. Chris also had a role at Western National Bank as VP - Training and Development/HR from July 2001 to February 2003. Chris began their career at The State National Bank, where they served as AVP - Operations from June 1989 to July 2001.

Chris Cole attended Big Spring but did not receive a degree or specialize in any field of study. Chris later pursued a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting and Finance at The University of Texas Permian Basin.
