Jose Morales

Jose Morales is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the electrical industry. Currently serving as the Shop/Field Operations Manager at Southwest Electric Co. since June 2019, Jose directs manufacturing activities to meet company objectives related to safety, quality, productivity, and timely delivery. Previously, Jose held roles at Eaton as a Field Service Engineer and Manufacturing Team Lead from February 2011 to May 2019, where responsibilities included custom building MCC and low voltage switchgear, along with troubleshooting and testing. Jose's early career includes service as a Military Police Officer in the United States Army from May 1996 to May 2004. Academically, Jose holds an Associate's degree from Inter American University of Puerto Rico and an Electrician certification diploma from Kaplan University - Cleveland.
