Troy's earlier career includes positions at Walmart as Apparel Manager and TLE Manager, as well as roles in equipment operation at Southwest Energy and field supervision in new home construction with Black Mountain Trim. Additionally, Troy gained foundational skills in the aerospace sector as a Sheet Metal Technician and Aircraft Painter at Boeing from 1996 to 2001. Education was pursued at Mesa Community College in 2000.
