Elizabeth Reininger

Elizabeth Reininger has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Elizabeth currently holds the position of Director of People & Culture at Southwest Exteriors since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Health By Design as the Human Resources Director and Manager from 2016 to 2022. Elizabeth also served as an HR Coordinator and Executive Assistant in the same company. Additionally, Elizabeth worked as a Personal Assistant for a businessperson from 2012 to 2016. Elizabeth gained teaching and research experience as a Graduate Teaching and Research Assistant at The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2014 to 2016. Earlier in their career, Elizabeth worked as a Research Assistant at Southern Methodist University from 2011 to 2014.

Elizabeth Reininger received their Master's Degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at San Antonio, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Southern Methodist University, where they attended from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI in August 2021.
