Bill Brincefield

Bill Brincefield has over 20 years of experience in facilities management and real estate. Bill currently holds the position of Director of Real Estate and Facilities at Southwest Gas Corporation since November 2017. Prior to that, they served as Americas Head of Facilities Management & Employee Services at Cisco from January 2015 to June 2017. From December 2007 to December 2014, they were the Director of Facilities Operations at Johnson Controls Inc., where they led a team of 410 employees and managed a 5.6 million square foot portfolio. Bill also has experience as the Director of Engineering at PM Inc., where they oversaw facilities engineering and maintenance operations for hotels and commercial properties, and as the Corporate Industrial Engineering Manager at Eastman Kodak Company, where they managed the corporate Industrial Engineering Department.

Bill Brincefield, LEED GA, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from North Carolina State University. Additionally, they have earned a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from the same institution. Bill has also obtained a LEED GA certification from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI).
