Fe Allen has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management, currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition/HRSS at Southwest Gas Corporation since July 2021. Previously, Fe held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at MGM Resorts International, overseeing staffing for 13 Las Vegas Strip properties and managing the applicant tracking system enhancements. Earlier roles include Manager of Global HRIS at Las Vegas Sands Corp., Vice President at Citi in various capacities focused on staffing support and strategic sourcing, and Employment Manager at Sunrise Hospital, where a centralized recruitment team was established. Fe Allen holds a B.S. in Management with an emphasis on Human Resources from UNLV Lee Business School.
