Noel Gilles

Noel Gilles is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and business development across various industries. Currently serving as an Enterprise Project Manager–II at Southwest Gas Corporation, Noel is responsible for planning and executing technology projects that serve 2 million customers and 2,000 employees, while managing vendor relationships and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. Previous roles include Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at the College of Southern Nevada, Operations Manager at UPS, and Business Instructor at ITT Technical Institute, among others. Noel holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Finance/Marketing and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management/Development, as well as certifications in project management and Six Sigma.
