Stefanie Layton

Stefanie Layton is a board member at Southwest Human Development. Stefanie has also served as the director of investor relations at Pinnacle West Capital Corporation and as an attorney at Snell & Wilmer.

Layton began their career as an attorney, practicing in the areas of securities and corporate finance. In 2005, they joined Snell & Wilmer, where they represented clients in public and private offerings, SEC reporting and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters.

In 2010, Layton left Snell & Wilmer to join Arizona Public Service (APS) as the director of revenue requirements. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the company's rate case filings and other regulatory proceedings.

In 2017, Layton joined Pinnacle West Capital Corporation as the director of investor relations. In this role, they oversaw the company's investor marketing program, including conferences, non-deal road shows, virtual webcasts, and proxy outreach. Stefanie also implemented data-driven investor targeting and surveillance programs to enhance the ROI on investor interactions.

Stefanie Layton has a J.D. from ASU - Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Arizona.
