Marisol Cervera

Interim Chief Program Officer, Immigrant Children's Services at SOUTHWEST KEY PROGRAMS INC

Mrs. Marisol Cervera joined Southwest Key in August of 2021. She serves as the Vice President of Immigrant Children’s Services. Her role is to drive the implementation of programs and complex initiatives that support operations at the division level and Southwest Key Program’s vision for the future. She works closely with senior operational leadership to ensure adequate cross departmental collaboration and alignment to organizational goals.

She works under broad, administrative direction carrying the responsibility for providing strategic leadership and direction in the planning, implementation, improvement, and evaluation of operations in the division. Ms. Cervera comes with seventeen plus years of experience in project management, supervision/ leadership, monitoring, analysis / evaluation/grant writing, and grant and budget oversight. Additionally, she has experience in providing exceptional customer service, training and technical assistance, management and interpretation of federal/state and local laws and legislation, and multi-level proficiency in technology. Within her career path, she has held supervisory positions within Social Service agencies.

Ms. Cervera holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Cardinal Stritch University. Ms. Cervera has also received the Milwaukee Business Journal 2018 “40 under 40” Award.
