Charles Lathram

Charles Lathram, III, FACMPE has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Charles currently serves as the Vice President at Lake Charles Memorial Health System since February 2024. Prior to this role, they were a founding member of the Chattanooga Health Innovation Partnership and an advisor at AdvisoryCloud in 2021.

From 2017 to 2024, Charles held significant positions at Galen Medical Group, including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. Before that, they worked as an Administrator at Springhill Medical Center from 2015 to 2017.

Charles also has leadership experience as the President/CEO of Advanced Physician Solutions from 2004 to 2017. Earlier in their career, they served as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of North Alabama from 2003 to 2004.

Charles Lathram, III, FACMPE holds a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Adler University, which they obtained from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, graduating between 1990 and 1993. Charles Lathram also holds certifications as a Fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives and as a Certified Medical Practice Executive from the Medical Group Management Association.
