Brandon Ridens

Brandon Ridens is a seasoned research engineer with over a decade of experience in various engineering roles. Currently, Brandon serves as a Senior Research Engineer in the Machinery Services Section of the Machinery Department at Southwest Research Institute since October 2010, previously holding the title of Research Engineer. Prior to this, Brandon worked as a Mechanical Engineer at General Physics Corporation for a short stint in early 2010 and as an Associate Design Engineer focusing on pipe stress at Fluor from January 2008 to August 2009. In earlier experience, Brandon was involved in tooling and machine design at BWXT Pantex in 2006, contributing to projects related to the maintenance and disassembly of nuclear weapons with a Department of Energy security clearance. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University, obtained in 2007, along with studies in Mathematics and Art.
