Kevin Mello

Kevin Mello has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kevin started their career at Robbins Auto Parts as a Systems Operator, where they monitored the VAX cluster environment and provided network operations center support. Kevin then joined UNH Space Science Center as a Computer Specialist, designing and implementing software for satellite simulator experiments and developing embedded flight software. Afterward, Kevin worked at Rocket Science Internet Solutions/PREXAR as the Director of Computing, where they were responsible for system integration and database design. Kevin then joined Rocket Web as a Principle/Sr. Web Applications Developer, developing custom web applications for e-commerce. Kevin later joined UNH Space Science Center again as an Information Technologist, designing and implementing software for space research projects. Currently, they work at Southwest Research Institute as a Lead Computer Scientist, where their responsibilities include designing and implementing software for spacecraft instrument telemetry and developing test plans and scripts.

Kevin Mello obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of New Hampshire, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. In addition, they also have a certification in Scripting for Testers from LinkedIn.
