Naoufal Souitat

Naoufal Souitat has a diverse work experience. Naoufal is currently a Co-Founder at the Moroccan Initiative for Space Industry (MISI), a role they started in July 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Space & Science Quality Engineer/ SMA Manager at Southwest Research Institute/ University of New Hampshire starting in September 2020. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Quality Engineering Manager at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions. Naoufal also worked at Cobham as a Principal Quality Engineer from 2016 to 2019. Before that, they had roles as a Quality Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions from 2013 to 2016. Naoufal also has experience working as a Research Assistant/Analysis consultant at the University of New Hampshire from 2006 to 2008. In addition, they worked as a Performance Engineer Fellow at Ingersoll Rand Energy Systems in 2007 and as a Research Engineer at Targeted Wind Sensing from 2004 to 2006.

Naoufal Souitat completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of New Hampshire from 2004 to 2008. Naoufal then pursued a combined Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Fluid Dynamics and Renewable Energy at the same university from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, Naoufal holds certifications in ANSYS, SolidWorks, and JSTD, although the institution and specific dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
