Randall Gaiser

Randall Gaiser is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in design and program management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Assistant Director of Design and Development at Southwest Research Institute since December 2021, Randall has previously held key positions including Director of Program Management at Pi Innovo until its acquisition by Dana Inc. in 2021, and Chief Design Engineer at MAHLE. Randall's expertise extends to leadership roles in companies such as General Compression, where responsibilities included senior vice president of engineering and director of mechanical engineering, as well as significant contributions at AVL Powertrain Engineering and Federal-Mogul. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and an Associate’s degree from Washtenaw Community College, Randall has a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and advanced product development methodologies.
