Stacy Chavez has a strong background in quality management and supervision within the food industry. Stacy started their career at PepsiCo in 2004, where they held various roles including Production Supervisor and Quality Assurance Supervisor. In 2019, they joined Frito Lay Inc as a Quality Food Safety Manager, responsible for ensuring product quality and safety. Stacy also served as a Staffing & Capability Manager, focusing on employee retention and coordinating events. Most recently, they joined Southwest Research Institute in 2023 as a Lead Quality Engineer.
Stacy Chavez holds a Masters of Science degree in Engineering Systems Management from St. Mary's University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the same institution.
