Todd Hornsby

Todd Hornsby, PMP, has extensive experience in software management and strategic planning across various industries. Currently serving on the Board of Directors at Southwest Research Center Federal Credit Union since March 2014, Todd champions strategic planning, implementing new services and improving financial literacy among members of the $72 million credit union. As Software Manager R&D at Southwest Research Institute since 2005, Todd oversees a skilled team in real-time signal processing applications and manages software resource planning. Previous roles include consulting in proposal support and website development, directing research and development at Pixel Magic Imaging, managing IT projects at HEB, and working as a systems engineer at BDM International and a programmer analyst at McDonnell Douglas. Todd holds a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder and additional degrees in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Engineering Leadership.
