Pam Doss

Pam Doss has extensive experience in arts education and administration, currently serving as the Executive Director of Bay School Community Arts Center since January 2014. Doss also holds a long-term role as Project Manager for the Kids Initiating Design Solutions program at the Southwest School of Art & Craft, where collaboration with The Architecture Foundation of San Antonio and the UTSA Architecture Program enhances architecture education for SAISD students. Additional contributions include positions as an Artist-Teacher and Program Assistant at the same institution, and as Volunteer Coordinator for the Fiesta Arts Fair. Previous experience includes serving as Exhibition Coordinator for Gloucester Arts on Main from January 2012 to December 2013. Pam Doss earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art with a minor in Art History from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
