Operations Team

The Operations Team at Southwest Shipyard is responsible for overseeing the construction, repair, and service activities at the company's four shipyards in South Texas. This includes managing new construction projects, yard operations, gas freeing and cleaning services, repair operations, and specific projects such as TXDOT ferries. They ensure that all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards, while maintaining direct access to the Gulf of Mexico for seamless maritime logistics.
