Dustin Hillis

As Chief Executive Officer, Dustin Hillis is leading the vision and strategy to make Southwestern Family of Companies the most impactful privately-owned company worldwide. Southwestern Family of Companies was founded in 1855 and is currently the longest-standing, direct sales business in America and is ranked as one of the largest companies in Nashville, Tennessee, by the Nashville Business Journal.

In the first three years of Hillis taking on the role of CEO, he led the company through many company changes that resulted in an improved cash position by more than $30 million – from a deficit to a profit. Changes include the addition of several businesses including Southwestern Legacy Insurance Group – which Hillis leads as President.
