Marissa Horn

Marissa Horn is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Administrator at Southwestern Electric Cooperative since December 2021, Marissa has previously held positions as a Human Resources Generalist at Anderson Hospital and as a Human Resources Specialist at Human Kinetics. Early career experiences include an internship at The Lumpkin Family Foundation, focusing on event planning and communication, as well as roles at Rural King Supply and Solo Cup Company, where Marissa gained skills in customer service, project management, and operational support. Marissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Eastern Illinois University, complemented by minors in Journalism and Advertising.
