Babette Herne-Howe serves as a Management Analyst in Behavioral Health for the Bureau of Indian Education since July 2022. Babette’s educational background encompasses multiple degrees in Social Work from institutions such as the University of Vermont and The Catholic University of America, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies from the State University of New York at Oswego.
