Amir Messih has extensive work experience in various leadership roles focused on lean and operational excellence. Amir has held positions such as Vice President - Lean at Southwire Company, where they have spearheaded transformative lean deployment initiatives and driven cross-functional collaboration to achieve remarkable cost savings and operational efficiencies. Prior to that, they worked as Director - Watts Performance System at Watts Water Technologies, where they were responsible for leading the overall direction for the company's performance system. Amir also has a strong background in management and manufacturing, having worked at Eaton as a Business Unit Manager, Plant Manager, Senior Manager - Eaton Lean Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence Manager. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Quality Manager at Alcatel and as a Manufacturing Manager at Hood Packaging.

Amir Messih obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Alexandria University from 1989 to 1993. Amir then pursued a Masters of Engineering degree in Manufacturing Engineering Systems from the University of Calgary between 2001 and 2004. Later, they attended the University of Michigan and completed an MBA in Organizational Leadership from 2007 to 2009. Amir also obtained a certification as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Eaton in 2008.
