Enrique Sobrino has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Enrique is currently serving as the VP of People and Culture for Corporate Functions and International at Southwire Company. In this role, they are responsible for defining and driving human capital strategic goals and overseeing various aspects of the HR function.
Prior to their current position, Sobrino worked as a Managing Partner at ESO Consulting, where they provided consulting services in HR, particularly in areas such as M&A, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, talent development, and diversity and inclusion. Enrique also helped companies in identifying and retaining key talent and integrating talent from acquisitions.
Sobrino has also held leadership positions at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Amcor Rigid Plastics, Motorola Solutions, Microsoft, and Alcatel-Lucent. In these roles, they played a crucial role in developing HR strategies, driving organizational change, and enhancing talent and organizational capabilities to support business growth.
Throughout their career, Sobrino has focused on strategic business partnering, talent management, and cultural integration. Enrique has successfully transformed organizations and developed collaborative relationships with senior leadership teams.
Enrique Sobrino holds an MBA in Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Enrique also obtained a BS in Information Systems from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México. Additionally, they are a member of USA DCH, an organization for Human Capital Directors. Enrique obtained this certification in 2021 from DCH - Organización Internacional de Directivos de Capital Humano.
