Alison Beckett

Alison Beckett is an experienced business leader currently serving as an Independent Director and Chair of the HR Committee at First Quantum Minerals since May 2022 and as Chair of Governors at Sevenoaks School since December 2020. Previously, Alison held the position of Group Talent Director at Ardagh Group from January 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing the strategic talent agenda. Alison's extensive consulting experience at Egon Zehnder from November 2001 to December 2020 included leadership roles in both the HR and Procurement and Supply Chain Practices. Early career roles included positions at Conoco Inc., Arthur D. Little, Ford Motor Company, and Davy McKee, culminating in a strong foundation in strategy, commercial excellence, and procurement. Alison holds an MBA from London Business School and a degree in Geography from the University of Cambridge.
