Heather Fogt

Heather Fogt is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager for the Services Division at Southwire Company since March 2019, Heather has also held various strategic HR roles within the company. Previous experience includes serving as Regional Human Resources Manager at Kenan Advantage Group and Crown Lift Trucks, where responsibilities involved providing HR support across multiple locations, developing recruitment strategies, and managing employee relations. Earlier career roles include HR Generalist positions at CMW, Inc. and Express Professionals, where Heather developed key HR processes and facilitated employee training. Heather Fogt holds an M.B.A. from Friends University and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Wichita State University.
