Joe Gadani

Joe Gadani is an experienced professional who has held various leadership roles in the manufacturing industry. Joe currently serves as the Vice President of Quality at Southwire Company. Prior to this, Joe worked at MacLean Power Systems and Eaton Corporation, where Joe held positions such as Director of Engineering, Director of Operations, and Manager of Lean & Quality. Joe holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.S. in Plastics Engineering Technology from Penn State University.
