Sam Honnekeri

Sam Honnekeri has extensive experience in lean manufacturing and operational excellence, currently serving as the Director of Lean Systems, Governance & Modernization at Southwire Company since 2021. Previously, Sam held key leadership roles at GKN Aerospace as Director & Regional Lean Expert and at Baker Hughes as Sr. Manager of Global Supply Chain and Global Manufacturing, overseeing operations across multiple product lines and facilities globally. Early career experiences include managerial positions at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where lean transformation efforts led to significant recognition, and roles at Delphi Automotive Systems and Delco Chassis, focusing on industrial engineering and manufacturing supervision. Sam is a graduate of the University of Dayton.
