Kelly Meredith

Kelly Meredith, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kelly currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for the University of California, Riverside. Prior to that, they held various leadership roles at Southworth Development, including Chief People Officer and Head of Human Capital. Kelly has also worked as a Consultant & Managing Director at Luminous Business Solutions, LLC. Kelly is a member of Forbes HR Council and has served as the Director of Talent Development at Highgate. In addition, Kelly has taught as an Adjunct Professor of Business at Goldey-Beacom College. Kelly has also held positions at Waldorf Astoria New York, Walt Disney World, and Toys R Us, gaining expertise in training, operations, and guest service management.

Kelly Meredith, PhD holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Organization Management and Leadership from Capella University. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Kelly obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science and Management from the University of Kentucky. In addition to their academic achievements, Kelly has also obtained several certifications, including Certified Corporate Trainer (CTC) and Executive Management Certified (EMC) from the Management and Strategy Institute, as well as Predictive Index Practitioner certification from The Predictive Index.
