Nicola Tatham Cpsychol Afbpss

Nicola Tatham CPsychol AFBPsS has a strong background in psychology and has held various roles throughout their career. Nicola is currently working at Sova Assessment as the Chief IO Psychologist and has been in this role since December 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Product Solutions at the same company from September 2018 to December 2023. In 2017, Nicola also worked as a Psychotherapist in Private Practice at Freedom Therapy, where they offered counselling and psychotherapy services.

From 2012 to 2018, Nicola was self-employed as a Chartered Psychologist (Occupational). Nicola worked at Talent Q as the Head of R&D from 2008 to 2012, overseeing the development of assessment products. Prior to that, they worked at Tatham Consulting as an Occupational Psychologist from 2006 to 2007. Before that, Nicola worked as an Occupational Psychologist at the Police Personnel and Training Unit in the Home Office from 1996 to 1997.

Nicola Tatham CPsychol AFBPsS completed their education with a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Derby from 2015 to 2017. Earlier, from 1992 to 1997, they obtained an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Hull.
