Kelley M. Lynch

Kelley M. Lynch has over 30 years of experience in the financial and operational fields. Kelley M. began their career in 1987 as a Cost Accounting and General Accounting for PPG Industries. In 1991, they joined Respironics as the Director of Business Development, eventually becoming the Director of Corporate Human Resources and Director of Customer Satisfaction. In 2001, they joined Lucas Systems as the Director of Finance & Administration, helping lead the company through significant growth. In 2005, they became the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer (CFO) for Taggart Global USA, overseeing global financial, general accounting, cost/project accounting, forecasting, auditing, treasury, HR and IT operations. In 2014, they became the CFO & CXO (Financial Executive & CFO Consultant) for C-leveled, a leading provider of business consulting. In 2016, they joined Careform as the CFO, where they focused on simplifying and improving how patients get access to and adhere to their specialty medications. In 2019, they joined Othot, Inc. as the CFO & VP Operations, CISO, leveraging cloud-based predictive analytics software solution to deliver insights to help higher education institutions recruit, engage and retain students. In 2021, they became the President (elected, volunteer) of the Penn State Alumni Association. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer of sovaSage Inc., leveraging novel computer vision, artificial intelligence and mobile technologies to reinvent how sleep therapy is delivered.

Kelley M. Lynch attended Gateway High School (Monroeville, PA) and graduated with a High School degree. Kelley M. then attended Penn State University from 1983 to 1987 and earned a BS in Finance. Finally, they attended Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business from 1991 to 1994 and earned an MBA.
