David Pickett is an experienced banking professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as SVP/Director of Business Process Management at Sovereign Bank since December 2023, David has also held various positions at Fidelity Bank LA, including S.V.P./Branch Operations & Support Manager and Retail Service and Support Manager, since May 2010. David's previous roles at Fidelity Bank from October 2019 to December 2023 involved managing retail operations and physical security. Earlier in their career, David worked at JPMorgan Chase as AVP/Operations Analyst from February 1989 to May 2010. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, obtained between 1984 and 1988.
