Eric Caporaso

Eric Caporaso, MS, MBA, is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently working as an R&D Beverage Development and Flavor Technologist at Sovereign Flavors Inc. since September 2019, where responsibilities include developing flavors for various applications and duplicating customer flavor requests with a certified flavorist's assistance. Prior experience includes a role as a Quality Control Technician at Herbalife, analyzing supplements for heavy metal detection, and a position as a Microbiology Laboratory Technician at Eurofins, where expertise in microbial growth mediums and FDA-approved methods was applied. Eric also gained experience through internships with Starbucks and Momentum Fitness, focusing on food safety and nutrition, respectively. Eric holds an MBA and an MS in Food Science, as well as a BS in Health Sciences, all from Chapman University.
