Sofia Fiusco

Sofia Fiusco has held various roles throughout their career. Sofia most recently worked as the Head Of Learning at The Sovereign Hill Museums Association since March 2020. From January 2017 to March 2020, they served as the Director - Ballarat Tech School at Federation University Australia. Sofia also has experience as the P-TECH Australia Industry Liaison Coordinator at IBM from May 2016 to January 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the Executive Officer at Leadership Ballarat & Western Region from December 2011 to May 2016. Sofia also held the position of EO LBWR at the Committee for Ballarat during the same time frame. Sofia's earlier experience includes working as the Applied Learning Manager - VET / VCAL Coordinator at Sebastopol College from January 2008 to November 2011.

Sofia Fiusco holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree from Federation University Australia. Sofia has also pursued a Masters in Leadership with a focus on Educational Leadership and Administration at the University of Melbourne.
