Ian Adshead Gcgi

Ian Adshead GCGI possesses extensive experience in operations and human resources, currently serving as Operations Manager and Delivery Manager at Sovereign Housing Association since March 2022. Previously, Ian held various key positions, including Chief Operating Officer at Aspire Enterprise Services Ltd, where Ian launched and expanded a trading arm, and Head of Business and Commercial Operations at Aspire Oxford, where Ian reported to the Board of Trustees and managed fundraising efforts. Ian's background includes significant roles at Southern Electric Contracting and the UK Ministry of Defence, where Ian taught HR training and provided support to high-ranking officials.
