Kevin Burgess

Kevin Burgess is a highly experienced professional who has held various roles in customer service management. Currently, Kevin serves as the Head of Customer Service at Sovereign Network Group and has been with Sovereign Housing Association in a senior customer service role since June 2016. Prior to that, Kevin was the Head of Consumer Care at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and worked as an Operations Manager at QVC. Kevin holds a degree in Computer Studies from Knowsley Community College.
