Andrea Zess

Andrea Zess has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Lead and Senior HR Business Partner at Sovereign Insurance since November 2009. Prior roles at Sovereign Insurance include Human Resources Business Partner focusing on Compensation and HR Analytics, Human Resources Advisor, and Human Resources Generalist. Prior to this, Andrea Zess worked at The Co-operators as a Recruiter and in Claims Administration. Andrea Zess holds multiple professional certifications, including Payroll Compliance Practitioner from the Canadian Payroll Association, Registered Professional Recruiter designation from IPM, and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Calgary. Andrea Zess earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Nutrition from Brescia University College.
